  • Any tips on keeping the plants alive? I had plants before on my tanks and they keep dying and I keep buying plants to put it in but eventually I give up because I do not want to spend money on something that keep dying.

  • i love danios! they're always swimming

  • 5 out of my 6 Danios like to stay on the bottom of my 36 gal tank and one danio stays in the middle of the tank. they chase each other around is that a bad thing?

  • no cause they like to play

  • yeah, mine are CONSTANTLY chasing each other - its not bad at all. Its just what they do! Its fun to watch as well =)

  • Very nice. What is the floating plant? And have you ever raised Celestial Pearl Danios?

  • awesome tank! i have 5 danio chorprai..3 males and 2 females and they were just spawning the other day. like you said though i too wish i could breed them in a more controlled environment.

  • hi. im just wondering if you can put 2 10gl filter on a 30gl tank?

  • if it can fit the frame, yes. that is what i have running on this tank now. the plants are a natural filter as well tho! :) GL

  • are they the same as glofish?

  • Really pretty!

  • beutiful plants!

love the purple floating stuff and the chain biotas

  • standard 30l by all-glass aquarium. during the water changes every 1.5 weeks we use a hose to vacuum out particulates. otherwise we have snails to eat excess food.

  • where can you buy some Red root floater?

  • Beautiful tank and fishies! :D

  • :) thanks! the coprae breed in that tank. we had a baby grow out this month! in the tank too! Glad it's heavily planted! I wish we had the space to breed them in a more controlled environment. oh well. :) one day!

  • That tank is awsome! You got skills.

  • Thats an awsome vidio. Have you tried breeding your Danio choprae? Mine have bred many times both under controled and uncontroled conditions.

  • Phyllanthus fluitans - it's a floating plant. very easy for me to keep. and beautiful too.

  • wut kind of plant is the ones with red vines?

  • This tank is running on 2 normal output lights. LOL. Yeah, it's not *that* much lighting. The floating plants are Red root floater (Phyllanthus fluitans). They actually flower too.

  • This is absolutely gorgeous. What type of lights do you use and what are the purple plants floating in the top region?
