course it gets milage, the cars wheels are moving so its gona take it down as milage, but it aint bad milage cos the car aint goin nowhere, its free wheelin without air resistance, road friction n it can get its peak power in seconds so really you may as well not count it as milage even though the cars odometer will

i dont know much about cars n shyt... but if ur doing a dyno with a car that has supercharge, dont u have to have a big ass fan blowing infront of the car so the supercharger can suck the air in?

Nope, it is fine the way it is without a fan in front of it. The supercharger will draw air in regardless of a fan being in front of it, in the same way a car with a stock air intake would.
