I love his whole image. He's just this unassuming guy with mutton chops in a suit, looking like he's the best man at his college buddy's wedding, who found his way into the dj booth and started ripping out these incredible grooves and multilayered sounsdscapes. There is nobody out making music quite like this, and if somebody else started, they'd have a long way to go, because Daedelus has this shit down. You sir, are awesome.

Sorry, but it was impossible to record from a fixed placed, because security team didn't let me to introduce a tripod and it's too difficult record entire show without moves (could you stay stopped with a show like this?? :P).

Anyway, I leave almost all takes I recorded, without almost edition too. The show lasted about 1 hour, so you can see I uploaded most of the show :).

@aaasamaaa Sir, errrm- you must be totally mistaken. I know there is the monomulator for APC40, but monome is more like an open-ended hardware with lots of dedicated apps.

Whats more, APC40 is actually inspired from Robert Henke's mono-deck and turned into a generic ableton controller. Robert Henke openly calls the APC40 the commercial actualization of his monodeck idea. I think it was in the documentary 'Speaking in Code' by Amy something

Have you ever used an APC40? I wouldn't call it a copy cat at all. Merely a bridge off of an idea. They work completely differently, the APC has dedicated clip launch buttons, whereas the Monome is completely user-mapped. So copy cat? No, definitely not. Have you ever heard of a "Novation Launchpad"?
