Looks like a challenge to fly. Too small to easily judge its attitude and bearing and too fast to keep close enough. Outdoors I would be afraid of losing it in trees or even tall grass.
Try trimming the model - bend the horizontal stab a bit, or adjust the thrust line - do you know how to do that? If you do not, then check the Plantraco website for videos and instructions on how to trim your model if it needs it. You need to put a little effort into this small flying machine.

Yes, the plane will climb up to the ceiling in the gym but it gets hard to see up there!
