With the MindBody online software, can you opt to use a differrent payment processor vs. the one they have have partnered with? Do they control account set up for that, or is it open to the owner to add a processor that is compatible with their settlement network.

I never buy proprietary cuase it could limit you in the long run

@tappmenow - it could limit you, but because the company usually has a great bulk rate you can't compete with the dollars they process per month.

Very nice! I would like to see marketing options ie: automated text messaging and email marketing...and accessing and exporting client info...ie: email lists into Excel. MOST IMPORTANTLY billing! Using Champions Way but not their billing...they are significantly higher than our current credit EFT (check and credit card) processing...do you have any suggestions? Do you use them? Compatibility with Quick books (we use Pro 8)? THANKS

@MMAKiller - the new perfect minds is the solution for you from Championsway. You dont really need to use excel to export, its all within the system. As for quickbooks they have perfect books. I am trying to get access to make a new video of their new system as we speak. Stay tuned...

thats cool that you do reviews of the different software. I actually work for mindbody so probably a pretty biased person.

@tenorplayer09 - did i miss anthying? Any new updates? We both know its created more for the wellness/Yoga industry and thier needs. Not really a fitness center or martial arts business.
