yeah i have no web cam but i do have a 60 fps home video camera that i can hook up to my capture card.

and the capture card acts as a "capture device"

and so does a web cam.

I made my own, it's simple.

If you want a premade one just search on google, there should be tons of results.

it looks like your cam detects only the blue and yellow colors? if yes, how you did that?

It's actually detecting all colors, it just looks weird in the recording.

All I did was to highten the contrast so the colors would stand out more.

CamSpace highlights the colors it's tracking to show you how well it's working, that's why those two colors stood out.

CamSpace is free.

The game is Garry's Mod. GMod9 is a free version before it went commercial but with slightly less featiures as the GMod10, the commercial version is more polished and was updated with the Orange Box engine. (SWEPs and ragdolls and other mods became easier to add as well. 10$ or so for GM10.

You should have Half-Life 2 and Counter-Strike: Source (atleast), HL2 episode 1-2. Also can have stuff from Day of Defeat: Source and Left 4 Dead i think. (if you own the games, that is.)

i got a beta key for this recently, i need to buy a good webcam for it though i dont have one.

Cant you use the WDSA keys to move around while using the right hand as the fire/look? surely that would help people who arent so good at the mouse aim alot better in FPS games :]
