feeding earthworms to our baby bass

i went to my pond at night. the fish tend to relaz and chill near the shore of the water in the weedss. so basically what i did was i used my headlamp spotted my targets and i scooped them threw the night ( they don't realize your thier until you desturb the water so catch them fast.

@Fin616 dude he probably got it from a creek or something or a small area in a pond if you use a small enough hook and look where they are you will probably find them they are not hard to get

use a cast net to catch the baby bass. there r in the shallow water. late spring and early summer is the best time to catch them.

@gypsyroofing right about this time of year they are running in creeks and rivers. in my creek behind the house they have schools of these puppies of up to 70 in a school. go get a minnow trap/ basket from walmart for like 3 dollars and set it in a local creek. wait a few hours or even a day and pull it out, there should be a few fish in it and one or two should be largmouth

he probably got it after the bass have spawned and the fry were swimming about in the rocks.

best way is will a minnow trap with some bread and they will come in there when they are about an inch long
