I saw on a picture they use lesjöfors gas cylinders.

I've heard they are not made in sweden althoug you might think so.

I have tested normal lesjöfors cylinders in -40c.

Turned out they are only made for -20c.

Hope the ones Koenigsegg uses are better.

Has to be one of the best door systems ever made. You don't need to reach too far up like the gull and sissor types nor the bicycle killer or suicide doors. This one you can open with one finger it looks like, very cool.

@lg123xyz Yes, I was amazed how very little effort it takes to open and close these doors, they're just so light. One finger! Now, scissor doors in cars like Spyker C8 and Murcielago are very hard to close. You really need to work some muscle to shut them neatly.

Lamborghini doors on anything other than a Countach, Diablo, or Murcielago aren't real lamborghini doors. These cars are made for the doors to open that way and go straight up. The doors you see on civics and anything else are scissor doors. The difference is that the scissor doors have to open and close like regular doors just a bit so they don't hit the A-pillar s and so the seals on the doors seal correctly.

That wont be happening, this is too much engineering. Much more than 'lambo' doors. Look at the balance of the door, waaaay too smooth for people to duplicate, at least at a price point that would make it worthwhile.

LSD are the biggest producer of lambo style hinges, there not quite the same as lambo ones though theres a few differences, so maybey thats how they get around the patent, if there is one
