the clear balloon is 18' the ones inside the clear are regular 6 in and the GEO BLOSSOM flower is 5 in..i just made 6 of them yesterday for my friends baby shower and they all turned out awesome! Everyone loved them.. make sure you use different colors for the handle. I found all my balloons i needed at a local party time store i did however have to order the 18' balloons off ebay..
