  • SO LOVELY....AND SO VERY COOL !!!.......

  • Such a beautiful and melodic jungle piece here. both Goldie and Bjork are musical geniuses.

  • This fucking track is a classic. i had this shit on cd in the 90's

  • HOT D@M!! I've just been allowed into sonic/audio bliss/HEAVEN!!!

  • frickin beautiful

  • i couldn't ask for a lovelier remix. xoxo

  • the saxo the voice the rythme. everything is perfect here.

  • <3

  • listening to this makes me feel like im home

  • Love it

  • just remembered when i heard this that goldie dated bjork for quite a while in the 90s

  • for me, this is the best remix of bjork

  • this is very 4 hero-ish

  • Goldie Remix is so tranquility.

  • I feel there should be more live instrumentation in drum and bass, so I like the work ethic behind this. Goldie's one of the few artists who seem to actively celebrate live musicians and singers. There should be more dnb producers who do the same. Too many cats peckin' away at laptops and twiddlin' knobs; that's how soul gets legislated out of tunes these days.

  • @ydabom

I remember Goldie saying it's easy just to knock out a 16 bar tune, intro middle and end and all that jazz, but he wanted to actually make something, go deeper. These days, well, dnb producers are pretty damn thin on soul, i think they are just a victim of how 'easy' it is to make music. But of course it never was 'easy', nor will it ever be.

  • @PICLex Totally right there. One thing that has to be said is his musicality, keeping the dynamic. Its easy to put sounds together, not to make music :-P WHat doesnt come on prefab CDs is a connection and a talent.

  • @infinitesimotel Anyone can buy a CD and throw it together in music software, but not just anyone can communicate through it.

  • @PICLex Exactly, if 6 hours goes by and you haven't moved past the lush intro, you know it's going somewhere. Because when it does drop you've nailed it.

  • @ydabom You are bang on there mate, thats the problem with D&B now; no soul or heart. No funk. Just music by numbers, it leaves me cold

  • something cool going on, but every now and then "smooth jazz" tones inexplicably surface (soprano sax? piano? harmonica? yawn....) the percussion element is killer however. and the vocal treatment is cool, though not really compelling.

  • @peepsieD : Of course the beats are killer, he's one of the best in dnb.

  • @quicktolisten moon?

  • 1 person must have a lonelier heart than Isobel.

  • oh my. this one takes me back..... great combination of goldies beats and bjorks voice...

  • WOOOOOOOWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Engineered by Rupert Parks?

  • @Lazune no... Dillinja.
