Uh i dont own it ,but im saving up for it andf i know a lot about it so..."You know those dog shelters"? Make a girl dog and boy dog have sex and if you hear bells..tehy will be pregnant before you know it ;]

@ddgirl44 yeah you have to have a good relationship with the pets and the dogs/cats have to have a good relationship too (praise the pets for being playfull and you can command them to go play with the other pets this helps)

buy a pet house/dog house and get a boy and girl dog to "sleep" in it.

Same thing. You increase the number of sims, like uintProp maxtotalsims 23, if you dont have the sims 2 pets, u can have lots of sims.
