F-Body's cornering abilities on rough pavement are worse than IRS-rear susp cars, but in practice (good pavement) difference isn't big. F-body's are heavier cars (bigger) than small race oriented Impreza's and EVO's (both go also on mud/sand and i wouldn't compare them directly)
F-Body's give lot of fun. No Turbo delays, V8 power with wide torque through RPM range. These are also good basic and well known technology (easy to service). Check ZR1 Nürburing vid, U.S / GM technology rules there!
