The problem with this is that Takeuchi Naoko, the creator of Sailor Moon, specifically said she didn't want any men or boys as sailors, that the shows will mainly have girls. Takeuchi was even enraged when the directors of the anime wanted the Star Lights to be boys.

you're wrong about the 1st character, no it's Misty but Nanami from Nanatsu no umi no Tico (Tico of the seven seas).

The girl of Doremi is Momoko Asuka, the boy of Megaman is Netto Hikari (Lan).
