First off there both WWII shooters meaning there both based of WWII and not each other. Neither of them ripped off of each other. They also take place in two completely different WWII fronts. WWII shooters can't rip off each other. They're also both 2 different kinds of fps. MoH is a run & gun shooter were you have an ungodly amount of health, while CoD is a tatical shooter where you have less health and you have to rely on duck and cover tatics more.
I wouldn't say CoD is a tactical shooter per say. I guess you have to do a bit more ducking and getting cover in CoD. But its definetly not a tactical shooter. A game like Brothers in Arms is a tactical WWII shooter.

There are a lot of skilled players in CoD who rely on sprinting a lot, and this tactic may look similar to "run & gun" tactics used in halo and other "run & gun" but it is completely different from tactics that are used in Run & Gun Shooters.

That's actually a really tough question because they're completely different games entirely. If your looking for a good stand alone game (without multiplayer or wifi(although guitar hero has it) I'd go with guitar hero. But honestly between the two I can't seem to compare them both on the same level because they're so different.

I would agree, I liked the game alot but some of the controls can be confusing, I liked Multiplayer but disliked the No talky thingy, I heard that Nintendo was coming out with a headset I dont know if it is true. I would recommend this game if you are looking for a shooter on the wii
