ALOHA! I still have my mom's Martin Ukelele (it's over 40 years old) - I bought it to replace her original she brought to Boston in 1942! My dad cracked the back of it! UGH! My mother loved that uke! SHe was born and raised in Hawaii (Aeia) - hula dancer. She passed away last year at the age of 90. I miss her! :(
