@tigerboy211 We made a correction in the description for the video. It actually takes 5 hours for a Cat to go through the full production process. The 38 minutes is the total of time spent actively being worked on across the various stations.
The Musashis are an exception in that Big Cat makes at most one per day due to the extra time to make it and due to the larger queue of trikes that normally comes before it. That's why it is being discontinued.
@Babybear0118 Out of curiosity, I went back and watched the raw footage of the rally launch. There was ONE person on a Catbike! And it was one borrowed from Big Cat for the day.
Nice to see new episode but this one was bit borring. Next time do some more bent reviews or some racing relation ;)

it takes 38 minutes to build a frame but it took 4 weeks for my musashi to be shipped.
