  • Verena is a cutie thats all.... ive seen better drifter chicks than her. - Iva Rusinova in my opinion is 1 of them

  • shes like driving 30 mph

  • haha, only 430 to the wheels, shits slow.

  • i want this girl to marry me ha

  • i still wouldnt let her drive my car

  • damn my gf should be this cool

  • @alexisthemexican well she's cute

  • @Dragon22873 drifters are racing noobs

  • @quantumdoom Says the guy who probably can't even change to first gear.

  • @Dragon22873 : D drifting isnt a competitive sport, its a fun activity that some guys take too seriously imo. racing is so, so awesome and i know drifting (and initial d) brought some newcomers from a brand new demographic to the racing world and i acknowledge and appreciate that, but it isnt racing. neat cars, lot of noise and smoke and dead tires. too bad everyone who bought a 240 didnt buy a kart and spend their time at the kart track instead of drift day.

  • @quantumdoom No, drifting IS a competative sport. Why dont you search something such as "D1 Drifting in Tsukuba", or in your links to the right, USA vs JAPAN. Thats right, USA DRIFTING. Drifting IS racing, just doing it differently (sideways).

  • @Dragon22873 yeah i understand theyve tried to make it into a sport but it is a somewhat subjective spectacle... you need judges to decide whos won and in every d1 ive been to there have been some controversy in the audience abou the results. the only judges in racing make sure you arent cheating. theres a very clearly defined goal and that is to be the fastest. not the fastest/closest to apex/most sideways thats just way too subjective. plus oversteer is something you dont want in racing

  • @quantumdoom Oversteer is something you DO want in drifting, a little ;) Going straight, around corners, is something you don't want in drifting. Still racing. ;D

  • @quantumdoom Tanner and Rhys are not "noobs" lol. Neither are Orido, Tanaguchi, Nomura, Gitten JR, Kumokubo, Tsuchiya, McQuarrie, and many more from many countries and drift series'. Most competitive professional drifters are very experienced road and rally drivers who drift in addition to piloting "real" race cars.

  • @JDBEDORE theyre going where the jobs are. it isnt like tanner foust and rhys millen have their choice of which sport they want to race in and get paid they and choose drifting over something else. and even if they did it wouldnt matter unless you saw their offers from both places. drifting just blew up and pro drivers from any niche roadracing can easily cross over. i realize there are some ex pros and even a couple active pros that drift, but even the pros are noob pros amongst pros.

  • SMEXY MAMA *drools* I LOVE ASIAN GIRLS IN US ASIAN CARS *drools* EVEN HOTTER WHEN SHE RACES!

  • @alexisthemexican :( the japanese has been practising that miata b4 they arrive in US and one more thing real drivers do have cars that is why you can familiarize the car youre using.

  • I like how shes still driving a sponsored car, even though, everytime Ive ever seen her at a D1 event, she wrecks.

  • @mentalmetal1 nah japanese just better, they can jump into any thing and start drifting (:

  • Lanes are important, but how you take those lanes are important too. Spectraeon is right. Out-In-Out gives the fastest cornering and a late Apex means high exiting speed. Anyways this girl sucks. Kazama killed it.

  • so your sayin you would take the longer lane and run slower time? watch nascar or f1 racing, they take the "noob" lane cause its faster, nothing wrong with it you dumb fuck, i bet your a g2 driver, talk when your famous. otherwise shut the fuck up and enjoy.

  • I don't know where you're getting that f1 drivers take the inside line... you start on the outside, take a late apex and end up on the outside, that's the fastest line, which she isn't doing.

Your car only has so much traction, and if you're using it all to turn, you can't use any to accelerate out of the corner. Sticking tight to the inside, like she's doing just robs you of your traction.

  • only the americans haha the japanese didnt fuk up once.

  • a beauty girl...

    i love her

  • damn right

  • Heres the thing. US drivers are good at drifting with cars with tons of torque etc. Highly modified. So it's really easy just floor it and the rear end will come loose. Jap's started with underpowered cars. They learned with shit cars. Well not exactly shit but underpowed. The Drift King learned how to drift with a car with only 130hp xD. That takes skills, and if you can drift a 86, I'm pretty sure you can drift almost anything. All this girl prolly does is kick the CLUTCH and EBRAKE.

  • little known fact: she used to be a model, who was in fast and the furious3 (they taught all of them how to "drift") and that's when she started. all of the cars they use, however are 350hp+ cars, and its pure powersliding and clutch kicking.

She's gotten a lot better since then, but I'm pretty sure the only reason she's so famous now is that she had the money to start big. Being so pretty helps too, there's nothing a guy likes more than a pretty girl who likes the same stuff he does.

  • big fact here: americans cant drift.

  • @Spectraeon fast and furious 3 would be Tokyo Drift, she was drifting way before that movie came out....just saying

  • @c312eal they started drifting with the AE 86 and cars of that class

  • @akabam52 Yep Yep (: DK told them(team US) to go practice with their Haichi Rokus (:

  • @c312eal You do a lot of assuming.

  • @SmokeyCough no it's been proven, american's dont stand a chance in the japanese D1

  • @c312eal The US drivers you're talking about are the professionals. That's not how most of us are learning. We're using stock KA 240's with slight suspension mods. Not all of us are running V8's.

  • @losingyou109 it's actually good u said that I'm not into american formula drift because they rely on power too much but that's probably how they learned I like the 2/10 of us that learn on ka 240's and miatas and such cuz then when we get say 300hp we can put the power to use easier cuz we know more techniques than the 1's who mostly learned off of power over and side techniques that to us are really just the basics

  • @DcEvoIX I have three friends in 240's and another in a supercharged Miata making about 200 HP. One of those 240's is a sohc too. It's on D2 coilovers and has a welded diff.. He drifts it good as shit too.

  • @losingyou109 yea I used to practice in my friends nb miata it was stock with an open diff not really all that easy to drift but when u get a nice 1 going or get a nice link u know u put your skills to the test I bet that supercharged 1 is a blast to drift with and I had a sohc 240 but the motor was blown and I was gonna swap in a dohc ka or ans sr but I got under it with a flash light and found some disappointing rot I am thinking of getting another to get more practice since my boys miata sold

  • @c312eal I learned how to drift in a 240sx that was missing on one cylinder.

You're right though, Tanner Faust/Vaughan Gittin Jr. ruined drifting. They removed the driving skill required and replaced it with power.

I guess getting sideways these days is as easy as shoving your foot to the floor. There goes the visceral fun of drifting. :(

  • dude , you know what the problem is , the japanese drivers all started with cheap cars and worked theyre way up , cuz it s around longer in japan , here it s skilled people , but also alot of kids with rich parents , and this girl is one of them !

  • dude, im not really following on what you are saying. are you trying to say that its the japanese peeps' fault? or that she knows how to drift because shes from a rich family?

  • then read it again , cuz it s neither , she s not good at drifting , and alot arent in the u s championship ,cuz most of them get everything paid from mum and dad , they just want to enter cuz nowaday it s hot , while the japanese drivers had to prove themselves cuz there are so many people drifting there , and good at it , do you get it now !?

  • Yeah i get it now, but i just thought you where trying to defend her in a way. I must have read it wrong, jeez! But yeah i know what yuz iz saying and i agree.

  • esa chika es very very sexy jejejej me encanta

  • drift class? *sigh*...Verena, you're hot and all, but stick to drifting.....

  • You are such a bad ass!
