Lol in the main reason i guess why people choose horde is that they are Looking different , not ugly. We already are humans and people want be something different in the game than human for it to be more exciting, and in the Alliance all the characters look like humans, so thats is what gives the Horde uniqueness that they dont look like humans!

Both of these are truth. Read it and weep.
