  • they took his shoulder day.

  • if u have to lose 60 lbs to be stage ready u had a really sloppy off season.. MAX 30 lbs including water

  • is louis from family guy comentating?

  • this is very very hard way...

i just doing it in very hard way...

  • This is all good and fine but why was this news?

  • "it's not just another day in the gym...... it's a lifestyle" ...UH... WHAT?!?!? haha this was a terrible news story

  • HES NOT ONLY LIFTING WEIGHT... BUT GAINING WEIGHT! no shit... sherlock.

  • think about it ... LOL

  • i love how its called "competing" you dont do anything you just stand on a stage, go play a sport

  • @charleze12

    You mother fucking faggot hahahahah

You have no idea how much tim,e effort and mental exhaustion goes into body building

It takes years of everyday exhaustion to look anywhere near how they do.

Go kick your little ball around fucking fag hahaha

  • @TdotJack "go kick your lil ball around " haha nice one

  • @charleze12 trolling

  • I never use whey protein or any Protein Powders or any supplements 2weeks before Contest..........or any Man Made Bullshyt hahaha who's knows what they put in them?????? They could scoop the bottom of the Barrel and slap on 100% whey protein hahaha

  • i workout 7 days a week too! glad to know its not just me!

  • @killakali408650 me to! people make slightly offensive comments about it sometimes though:(

    keep doing what your doing!

  • @killakali408650

ur muscles dont need rest? or they rest in a short period of time?

  • @QuakeLiveDemo you have to eat alot, caloric intake helps alot for recovery, plus they recover. and it also hurts 24/7 cuz of muscle soreness, but its worth it!

  • if they didnt eat so much they wouldnt have to diet so freakin hard.....55lbs of fat....and water...THATS A STUPID AMOUNT....that would make him about 20% bodyfat....thats a lot

  • @joshuampritchard im pretty sure they know what their talking about and you don't. you need excess calories to build muscle at all. and building muscle at that level, 6000 calories doesn't surprise me.

  • @anten71190 look...I know enough about diet to say that it''s a lot of food....and that much fat means he's eating TOO much...he could easily drop the fat and be about 10-13%...and i'm not stupid...a lb of muscle is 600 calories so if they wanna build 10lbs in a year they need approx 6000 caloires extra in their diet every year....which means 16 extra calories a day.....so don't tell me i dont know anything ..

  • @joshuampritchard ...why don't you take into account the time they spend in the gym. Micheal phelps eats 12000 calories a day. lmao sixteen extra calories a day to become a bodybuilder.. yea you are stupid. look they need a ton of calories simply to maintain their weight. have you ever tired bodybuilding? if so send me a pic. i wanna see your results, since your the expert.

  • @anten71190 if you read what i said then you'll see that i'm completely correct...I didnt say anything about how many calories they used....even so 6000-8000 calories a day is still far too high....I am a bodybuilder...but im by no means FAT!!! and average person of about 170 lbs needs approx 2016 calories a day....thats without his/her expenditure..and lifting weights doesn't account for all of the extra calories...a guy of 200 lbs needs 2400 a day and even with workouts that's still quite low

  • @joshuampritchard your missing the point. bodybuilding is a sport. during the off season, you gain as much weight as you can. the more mass you have the more weight you can lift, get it? the more weight you lift, the more muscle fibers are broken down and rebuilt. when the show comes up they loose the weight using a controlled diet. these guys aren't exactly fat..

  • @anten71190 I dont deny the fact that it's needed...I just said that it was a lot of fat...you then went onto say how i knew nothing of bodybuilding...I'm 168 down from 175 and im not sure what my bodyfat percentage is...I have about 8-10 lbs left to lose to be at like 4% most of it is held on my abs...legs and arms are ripped...body is almost there

  • @joshuampritchard There is no way in hell you are almost at 4% bodyfat and can't see your abs. I'm at like 14% bodyfat and I have a 4 pack.

  • @wafflecushioned I said i have about 8-10 lbs to lose before i get to to 4% dumb ass...i'm at about 8-9% bodyfat.....people these days can't read!!

  • @joshuampritchard You said you have no idea what your bodyfat percentage is and then you turned right around and said you have about 8-10 lbs left to lose to be at like 4%. You don't know what the hell you're talking about. If you are at 8% right now, you should have no problem seeing your abs.

  • @wafflecushioned well considering my original comment was three months ago..i actually now know my bodyfat percentage...so now i know what i said was true...plus i know i am actually 9% right now...also dont be ignorant to the difference between people's fat placement...i hold my fat and a lot of water (as my definition fluctuates) in my abs....so dont be a retard.

  • @joshuampritchard Most males last location to lose stubborn fat is in the belly. I don't know if you never work out your abs, or if your body fat is actually higher than you think, but like I said, I'm around 14% and I have a 4 pack, so if you're at 9% you should see your abs a hell of a lot more clearly then I see mine.

  • @joshuampritchard just look at these guys....55 lbs of FAT and water....so 35 lbs of fat thats 129500 calories you douche.....so just think of how many calories are going to their BELLIES....idiot

  • @joshuampritchard last i heard 1 pound of body weight is 3500 calories

  • @Naqkin times that by 35 and you get 129,500 calories. that's how many calories that they've eaten that have turned to fat. also it's not bodyweight thats 3500 it's fat thats 3500 calories a pound. muscle is 600 calories a pound.

  • @Naqkin 1lb of fat

  • i lift more than that

  • this is a sick little biography,,,! keep it up ballers!!!

  • bull shit...show the natural guys !!

  • @adq212tube fuck the natural guys.. they are tiny and scrawny

  • @Brazilianjj lol, yeah screw them for wanting to live a long and health problem free life!

  • @trashbash2001 and Drug using bodybuilders are not healthy? really? show me 1 bodybuilder who died DUE to steroid USE, not ABUSE. Steroids have the CHANCE of side effects, but guess what. so does asprin, or advil or any other drug for that matter.. hell you can OD on VITAMINS. Steroid using bodybuilders are healthier then 90% of the population... they dont eat shit foods... eating like shit is far more harful then steroids. Steroids also BOOST you immune system making you healthier from sickness

  • @Brazilianjj lol, denial is a beast. I guess the question is, how much steroid use is "abuse" and how much is regular "use". Yes, i'm sure everything on this earth can kill you. But i'm pretty sure you know that guys like ronnie coleman and jay cutler arent vitamin C abusing. A shot of steroids is a lot more powerful than a shot of advil. I should know, i've used roids before. And you dont have to take roids to live a healthy lifestyle, but tell urself whatever you need to justify them.

  • @trashbash2001 and you are out of your mind if you think that someone who abuses steriods, aka all of the huge body builders out there who you apparentely look up to cause they're not "tiny and scrawny", wont have BAD side affects later in life. Pro body builders arent concerned with their HEALTH!!! Get real! Someone who juices every week is in it for the look, not for their health. Dont be so nieve man.

  • @trashbash2001 You OBVIOUSLY have never done steroids, i can tell your blowing smoke out your ass.. you act like they took steroids and a few months later got that big.... it takes YEARS and YEARS of dedication, and cycling to getthat big. Abusing steroids is taking more then needed for your cycle. Uhh... Most of the best bodybuilders in history are STILL alive to this day and healthy as a mule... you dont know shit about steroids.

  • @Brazilianjj (sigh) oh you youtube know it alls. You just contradicted yourself. I'm guessing you dont think i took them and i'm obviously "blowing smoke out my ass" b/c i'm not as big as they are? yet you say that it takes several years of dedication(you forgot the 'dedication of steroids' part) to look like that. No shit, i only took them for 2 months. I gained 10 lbs putting me at 196. Then i decided to stop. But hey, you know everything! I probably know just as much if not more than u do :)

  • @trashbash2001 Oh boy 2 months... you know so much about steroids for 2 months of use congrats.. What did you use? what did you stack it with? you act like taking steroids gets you huge with no effort.. you cant just take steroids and get like that, you need YEARS of training and hard work. Do other pro athletes who use steroids look like Pro bodybuilders? your just some ignorant moron who thinks "yeah iv used steroids (for 2 months)" I know everything. your an idiot. Just dont talk.

  • @Brazilianjj i dont have to defend myself to some who calls me an ignorant moron. I did only 2 months because i didnt feel right about it so i stopped. If your gonna actually BRAG about how much you've used, just admit it. I'm not here to boast about anything. If you take so much and are planning on becoming a body builder, good for you. And good luck with your health when you 60. Hey, at least you wont be small and scrwany right? lol.

    later.

  • HELL YEAH
