i am 14 years old and hoping to charter fishing trips when i get older....do you know if this is how you fillet all fish?

nope fluke tends to be a bit more difficult at first but after a while all filleting gets easier and u can finish 1 fillet in like 1 knife pass but other than the difference between flat fish its pretty much the same some are different
