Pork spending will be the death of Pennsylvania. What's wrong with these people in Harrisburg that they keep spending money like water? They need to self-regulate and get some courage to tighten their belts. And wake up people! You pay more taxes than you realize! Just because you got an income tax rebate doesn't mean that you didn't pay any taxes. What you did was give the government an interest-free loan for 4-12 months.
