No its not fake, you must just solder some ir leds together, download the software, and you can use this, and you can adjust the sensevity of the turn

@dAirborn3b i download the software of Johny Lee + infrared Led , it working only with a "stade.png" picture included in the software , no possiblity to change background to see google maps i try it , but it not work with website online , big peoples want this feature , to be on google streets and when it turn head the streets turn directions of your head , now with mouse to turn directions of the google streets it no natural feeling , we need head tracking over standard webcam + google streets
