his movement is for real. I trained with him august/11 and it was an eye opener. I've been doing systema for about 4 years now and it's interesting to see what different variations on the same theme each practitioner has. systema is naturally different from person to person because no one is alike, and a martial art shouldn't try to mold you into somthing you arn't. i come from a BJJ background and I tried grappling with him and he totally negated my game, no striking even, just relaxed movement
Thanks, Mr. Wheeler. There is a reason I've started to adapt Systema to my training regimen and use the drills when teaching self-defense. There nothing like being softer than your enemy. Fantastic representation of pure expression of relaxed movement. Total control and economy of motion.
Martin, we've never met but this is the best short clip on Systema I've ever seen, and I watch them pretty religiously. Fantastic production, mood and amazing action. Going straight on my homepage, and my new favourite vid to explain to people what Systema is. (As you note its difficult question to answer.)
If there is more of this production available, it wd be great to know where to get it. Top notch
i like how he punches them hard some times

@YiannisTheDestroyer true, bad mistake. But actually the correct spelling is "Jason Bourne" :)
