@yoladaba NO!! margarine is NOT good for you. It's loaded with "Trans Fats". The real cause of heart disease. You'd be better off using a good "Organic Butter" I use one that is from "Grass-Fed" cows. It has a better ratio of "CLA" CLA actually helps your body to burn fat.

Hey in my food class they said margarine was bad that its practically plastic and not at all healthy :(

As like anything, certain brands are not good for you. The one im using here has been approved by the Heart Foundation and lowers cholesterol. As a general rule, I always use a good quality butter in my cooking.
