The vid is from may 2005.

Lost started in Germany in april 2005 due to translation.

So actually there were only 3 or 4 episodes shown in Germany, thats why nobody recognizes them.

Also I'm eating a currywurst there myself every now and then and people in that particular district don't give much about stars and the hype. They can clearly see the camera but dont give a shit. I cant explain it any better, you just have to experience it yourself.
