I agree with most of what this speech says, and it's beautiful. But one thing that hurts to hear is the generalization that soldiers are taught solely to fight and kill. I have a friend in the military that I talk to frequently, and a professor who was once a marine. A man in Germany during a recession told my professor "The first time I remember having a good meal, it was an American Soldier who gave it to me" My friend can attest to this. Most soldiers feed and heal. Few Fight.
