  • song just blazes.

  • @overbrookXXX I might have given the wrong impression saying that BS are better because i do agree with you ; 'better' is not a word anyone can declare something. It's more correct to say i prefer BS music to the Grape and then it's a personal opinion

  • @kenfig only if more people had this knowledge... alot more conflicts would not be present, and not everyone would feel the need to be right.

  • @Ruest420 that was my favorite back and forth ever on any of my videos. I wish more comments ended this way.

  • Thanks Dan Auerbach!

  • These guys were totally loaded and their live shows were nuts. It is amazing they were sober long enough to record the tracks they did.

  • Dude. THIS is some good shit.

  • We who celebrate the original incarnation of Mobus Grapus are the Illuminati, the cognoscenti of drug-fueled-stoned-groove-west-coast hippiedom.

  • does any one know where i can get this album on cd in the uk? the cheapest i found was £40 which i cant afford but i have to get it at some point.

  • @TheMaxlow - They sell a three CD retro-spective on the Grape, it's a must have for the true Gape fan. Sometimes you just gotta spring for the cash, sacrafice...something else, you know, right?

  • @TheMaxlow - They sell a greatest hits, three CD set, it's awesome.

  • These guys were one of the all time greatest American bands - from the '60s. They had some bumps in the road, so their career got stuck. But, just listen to this. Jerry Miller is as hot as hell on the guitar. And 5 part harmony that is unlimited.

  • @zahdio Yes although i think Buffalo Springfield are better

  • @kenfig They had more famous musicians (BS); however, in their 2 years, had numerous personnel changes, not all could sing or write, barely put out three albums, and NONE of them could hold a candle to Jerry Miller or Peter Lewis (and I love Stephen Stills and Richie Furay) on guitar. And listen to Bob Mosely on bass oand vocals. All of the Grape could write and sing. Listen to more of the Grape, you may find yourself changing your mind on the better of the groups!

  • @1999wharfrat Wouldnt say 'numerous' and it doesnt matter that more than Neil Young or Stills didnt write as they had more than enough great material to fill all their albums. The main members were on all 3 albums. I like Moby Grape and have like a tripple cd anthology of theirs

  • no wonder robert plant wanted to cover these guys on the first Zep album. they are fucking groovy!

  • @darrenfinizio2

Yeah, I noticed big time. I don't want to come down too hard on anyone who's motivated to post such great music. But I do hope hfield fixes it.

Still, hfield07, thanks. I know I"m one of a multitude who appreciates the effort.

  • Why the fuck they never played this on the radio?A?A???????a/??A??A/Fews/Ae/?/?/??? this is bullshit. I should have heard this song so much that i'd be tired of it by now.

  • @UsingAllTheUsernames These guys got screwed in all sorts of weird and uncomfortable positions back in the day because of there management. They definatley could've had the potential to go mainstream and be heard by the masses. It's not absurd to say that these guys are lumped in the same category as Jefferson Airplane, Grateful Dead, Quicksilver Messenger Service ect. Just a very overlooked groups.

  • @Nobodie92 very true ,,,Infact Jerry Garcia was a big fan of Moby Grape

  • Their greatest tune! Thanks.

  • Unfortunately no.

  • Thanks for the great post! Any chance of getting the stereo version?
