@TheMadman37 When you get the hornet be sure to stay to the right immediatly. The tower that you are talking about is number 3, the skull is on number two. That tower is cleaned by the elites and there are no enemys.

you cant destroy the phantoms when your in the hornet you have to walk right past them and dont blow anything up or else the skull wont be there

everyone who's saying they cant find it all brutes, well here's how you do it:

1. You get in the hornet then you fly until the island with the anti-air wraith.

2: Stop right over the island kill the wraith if you wish.

3:Turn and face the tower.

4: If the right tower no enimies should be on it and Arbitor says "The Second Tower is clear no need to land, let us move on to the third."

5: then you go up the slope to the top and grab the skull. Well there you go good luck!

When you first start flying the hornet, immediately start looking along the right side of the mountains and cliffs. There'll be a tower with no enemies and nothing going on. That's where the skull is. I think you went too far. Good luck!
