How do you violate the civil rights of an illegal alien, that has no civil rights? Perhaps a citizen that is mistaken for an illegal alien would have a case, however if your a real legal citizen you would not have any problem proving it to law enforcement. The 14th ammendment says states can not limit the rights of "citizens" it does not protect non citizens. The only rights a non citizen has is to be deported back to what ever country there from.
