  • Doing this in class with new teacher she's a great singer

  • Please watch my video. Kind of a cover of this.

  • never heard this before! Great song indeed!

  • It's amazing how different trad songs like this can sound by different artists. I've just been listening to the 1915 George Formby Snr recording and apart from the tune and the words "grandfather's clock" they could be different songs. Still, both very good versions.

  • Good memories of my grandpa...

  • The Frisian version is sung by Griet Wiersma!

  • Also in Dutch (Frisian) "Pake syn klok" Frisian is a language only spoken in the Province of Friesland (Dutch) or Provinsje Fryslân (Frisian.)

  • My mum sang this to me as a kid :) good memories of a time that was innocent.

  • jamesatwar/jamesbesides :D

  • Việt Nam đạo bài này thành Tiết Học Cuối Cùng của Đại Nhân

  • Wonderful country western rendition of this eternal great song for all generations for all the people in the world. I learned the Japanese version as a small boy, now I am singing this original English version with my chorus group friends, finding the original words so refreshing and endearing. Truth of life is in here. eijiro odagiri

  • Kaum ein Interpret hätte diesen Song über "grandfather`s clock" besser singen können als Johnny Cash. Er war genial.
