Winston Churchill gave this as his entire graduating speech in middle school. "Never, never, never give up." Funny how inspiring so few words can be isn't it?
This clip is really motivational, it just motivated me to write my college application letter rather than giving up on college, thank you Michael Scott.
Thanks for uploading this. I really thought I wouldn't find it, I own the DVDs but CFB'd looking through them. Really wanted to see this scene for some reason.
i know im looking too much into this (but i love the office that much), i think that this moment is what changed jim and pam's lives' forever. without michael's advice right there, jim would've gave up on pam and would've married katie or karen.......nothing against them two fine ladies, but they don't even compare to pam.
one of my favorite clip from the office. season 2 is still the best!

I love this scene. It's scenes like this, though, that make me sad that Michael is gone.

Probably the wisest words Micheal Scott has ever said.

Booze Cruise is one of my favorite Office episodes, one of my reasons why I like it so much is this exchange. So good.

Funny how through the failures in the episode, good intentioned Michael shines through and makes his goal of motivating.
