  • Of all of the people in the world I could thank, it would be my friend Jake. The friend who introduced me to Zelda, this amazing franchise that, at the time, I'd never even heard of. The friend who made me shed a tear or two (more like 30) at the end of this marvelous game. Long live Zelda, long live great music, and, most importantly, long live Ocarina of Time.

  • i have every copy of OoT there is ahem:

    OoT n64

    OoT master quest n64

    OoT GC

    OoT master quest GC

    OoT GC/collectors addition

    OoT virtual console WII

    OoT 3DS

  • 4:41 When that part of the song happened in the game along with the sages reappearing, I got a chill running down my spine.

    Mek me crie errytiem.

  • i hope this game never fades......somethings should never die. if there is one game that has been created that should never die, it is this game. this game brought the men in my house together. me, my brother and my dad only played it once together.....but i somehow think that it was the right thing to do. NEVER LET LEGENDS LIKE THIS DIE!!!!

  • omg this is so awesome

guys try reading the ocarina of time manga's ending while hearing this!

    it fits! :D

  • to think that fi was there all this time....

  • You are happy, that Ganondorf is beaten, but then you realise, that you never wanted the story to end.

  • @StilleRuheSchlaf your comment made me cry :'). It's so true!!!

  • I have a habit of crying every time i beat this game :') I love Zelda so much <3

  • I wonder how long it took King Zora to get to Lon Lon Ranch, given he takes forever to just scoot over two feet.

  • @TasselledWobbegong

Don't forget Mido. Aren't Kokiris supposed to die if they leave the forest?

  • @TasselledWobbegong What do you think he was doing the entire rest of the game? XD

  • I still get all teary eyed when I see Navi flying off =(

  • this is ocarina of time A.K.A. greatest game ever created by mankind.a game so unique that even when the time passes,it never gets old or boring.some thing like that only happens once or twice in a year.

  • @Peace141308 Not even that often.

  • Such a Sad theme, it's like you want the game to go on, you miss it untill you replay it of course.

  • To this day the ending is really sad. And the music just adds more emotion. I used to think that plot didn't matter too much in a game but when I played this game I changed my opinion on that.

  • First time I played and finished this game; 9 years old. Loved it. First time I played Wind Waker; 6 years old. I shall never forget my first experience playing Zelda, and here I am playing Skyward Sword. Hell yes..

  • Mi first time playing this game was in the 3Ds and i beated yesterday and... Oh my god, i cried, i cried like a baby. It was a beautiful game with beautiful music and beautiful story, the perfect game.

I am a "New" fan (well, not much) and i like to say that i prefer this kind of games more than "kill everything" games. And i hope this kind of games not die, that will be so sad... Go nintendo! And proves that the history is more important than blood

  • Anyone who played this game as a kid will get teary eyed for this theme.

  • @GangiFilms always do. over a decade later and i still cant keep em back

  • @jj12j Our comments were deleted.....

    ANYWAY...

I never said words like that.

    Be quiet.

  • 4 years old: got my Nintendo 64 and Ocarina of Time

6 years old: Finally beat the game

10 years old: Got bored and gave my n64 along with all games away

15 years old: Fuck, that was one huge ass mistake

  • That brings back memories...I played Ocarina of Time when I was 7 years old XD I still think that it is the best game ever.

  • I loved this game the most out of every Zelda game.

    Windwaker had the best freeroam,

Majoras Mask was the most "intense",

    Twlight Princess was really sad,

and Ocorina of Time had the overall greatest gameplay / muusic of all time.

All those Crap of Doody fans have obviously never sat down for hours on end,

Trying to figure out the Water Temple, or the rest of the game, like the rest of us.

  • @nlraymond1 Well.... I am a Call of Duty gamer... However, when I played my zelda game (OoT on Virtual console) I was like 'meh'. However, as the game progressed, I began to like it. Tbh, all my zelda games haven't a speck of dust on then. My Call of crap games have a inch thick layer of dust on them.

  • I always cry every time i beat this game its so beautiful =')

  • 2 People didn't make it out of Ganondorf's Castle in time.

  • What Zelda Taught Us- Follow your dreams, good things come to good people, friendship is important and so i love and following your heart.

What games like COD and Halo Teach us- Kill anything that breathes or moves. -____-

  • i think the developers really put their heart into this game

  • who thinks should have a prolouge so you can do the mini games and every body is happy

insted of going back to when ganondorf is still alive after the credits

  • Ocarina of Time wasn't just a game, it was a piece of art.

  • 5:55 to 6:15 reminds me a bit of last part of the ending theme in star forx 64

  • This game made me want to be a better person. Just to live for others, to have courage, and to never give up on anything. Do you see Skyrim doing that? Or Call of Duty? NOPE.

  • @TheBiggamer64

    Your right.

    Fuck Skyrim.

    Fuck Crap Of Doody.

    Fuck Grand Theft Auto.

    Fuck Halo.

    Fuck Modern Warfare.

    Legend Of Zelda FTFW!

  • @ZPokemonfanA ok ok ok hold on ocarina of time is the best game ever but fucking skyrim is amazing too maybe at number two but fuck cod

  • @Douglas217

Okay, we have different opinions, That's okay, I respect yours. I just hate Skyrim. OOT is awesome, but I like other Zelda games more.

  • @ZPokemonfanA yeah oot was amazing and majora's mask was great too but i tried tp but couldn't get into it idk y but i might get the new one im looking forward to it

  • @ZPokemonfanA

    I agree!

( even though Modern Warfare IS Crap of Doody...)

  • What's the song at 5:11 and where can i get sheet music

  • to this day i still cry when i hear this ending credits.

  • Final Fantasy VII and Zelda Ocarina of Time are the best games in existence!

  • *_______________________________*

  • When i completed the game for the first time

    For around 13 years ago

When i was like 12 years old

    I was standing and applauded

Under the whole credits for 10 minutes with a tear in my eye

I already there knew i was going to miss my childhood when i turned 25...

    And so i did!

Thumbs up if Zelda made that person you are today.

  • @ChesterGodBennington Probably one of the best comments I've ever read on the internet. Way to say exactly what you feel. I'm about to turn 24. I'll never forget what is was like to walk away from that Master Sword and to hear those bells ringing.

  • @ChesterGodBennington best memories man

  • I just beat the game right now..

    and i am weeping

  • Ocarina of Time: End Credits

  • @MFhelipeFreitas Oh boy! You said the name of the video! Want a cookie, retard?

  • mario,

  • The first time I played this game was 10 years ago. The first time I completed it was 10 hours ago. I'm still sobbing.

  • The blank stuff at the end with no music is for people like me to let all of our tears out and get a tissue and find our N64s and put the cartridge in and relive the epicness

  • Cry cry cry, when you finished this game, or not?, im seriously but i wanna cry and gent my childhood again!, TRUE STORY!

  • I cried when I beat the game when I was 4. Not because of the music, but because I never thought I could play the game again! LOL

But now at the age of 18, I get teary eyed listening to this because the music touches my soul, and brings back great memories of playing this every day with my father... Who I dont have with me anymore :/

  • i love the bells at the end. that's the part that always makes me cry.

  • Two people still couldn't follow the sound of the music.

  • there was only 3 games out of the thousands that I've play that made me cry, Shadow of the Colossus < Silent Hill 2 < Legend of Zelda

  • I cried when Navi left, I was 5 lol

  • ummm can i make this my ringtone???

  • listening to this playing mw2... people really need to cut it out with all this fanboy rage-hate.

  • @IWasNeverGivenAName1 I agree dude. Why can't we all just get along? I have an Xbox 360, a PS2, and a Wii. :(

  • COD is cool... but Ocarina and Majora were friggin awesome, they will never be topped. EVER!!!!

  • Thumb up if you are listening to old Zelda music waiting for Skyward Sword.

  • Even to this day... I cry to a song like this. Good memories.

  • at the end i wanna cry but i cant let it out

  • i still cry at the end...

  • So simple... so magnificent. The nostalgi comes running.

  • best sarias song mix

  • Last year was the first time I ever played this game. I still got teary-eyed at the end. You don't have to remember playing it as a little kid to get that way. Nintendo put a lot of emotion into the game, emotion that it doesn't even take a gamer to understand. The soundtrack is what did it., for me.

Oh, the contrast between this and Call of Duty's "kill everything" theme with dull music. Nobody was crying when they finished that game. Yet it's still the most popular game in the world.

  • @ZeldainPark well said. your comment is so true. COD is cool... but is nowhere near the epic awesomeness of the greatest game of all time, A.K.A.- Ocarina of Time

  • @ZeldainPark So true.

  • @ZeldainPark That's probably because CoD freaks don't know a good game even if it hit them in the face. -gets hit in face by a Majora's Mask cartridge- GAHH I meant a Call of Duty freak! DX

  • @ZeldainPark

you r sooo damn right !

i grew up with ths game and everybody else who DIDNT does not understand why i ADORE this game and why i start crying everytime i finish this game!

and i am not angry cuz they CANT UNDERSTAND!!

  • @ZeldainPark I know how you feel. After hearing about Anju and Kafei being apart for a whole month, then one day, they see each other, and then married, I could not resist to shed a tear. I never cried to anything so beautiful before, then when I beat these two games, I just shed a tear. Amazing. Through ALL games, Nintendo managed to make Zelda OOT and MM really great.

  • @ZeldainPark Actually I was crying at the end of COD. How could they mess it up THAT bad?! XD

  • @ZeldainPark I agree.

Also, I love your name! Its an amazing pun. I had to stare at it for a good 15 seconds to figure it out. LINKinPark

    ZELDAinPark

    Very clever sir! :)

  • @ZeldainPark Fuck Call of Duty. Fuck it to Hell.

  • @ZeldainPark

but this is widely considered the best game ever

  • @ZeldainPark I agree. I'm 12 now (in 7 days) and I just beat it 2 years ago. It made me cry like CRAZY. Even though I am still a kid, you don't have to grow up when the game first came out and play it on the day of it's release to love it. 12 years ago, I wasn't even born. But I still love the game, the series, the music, and the story that each and every zelda game tells us. Live on, Zelda!

  • @ZeldainPark The little kiddies do at the end of an online match.

  • ya where does navi go at the end???

  • 0:00 - 2:37. <3

  • I cried for the ending, it was so beautiful

  • --lovers out there! show nintendo how much you really love this game! show people that zelda isent just a game! and for all the zelda haters that read this... call me dump! call me the hell whatever you want! but before you do that... think agian... is it really such a good idea? The legend of Zelda: BEST SERIES OF ALL TIME!!!!!!!

  • --out of there in 2 years... i remembered how i saved princess zelda from the evil king... i remember how i saw navi flying out of the window in the temple of time and i begun my journey to search for her... 3 days... 1 hope... i can keep like going this forever but... i wanna say thanks for this nintendo! without you my childhood had been all lost! every time hear this song i just... I JUST WANNA START DAMN BURST OUT CRYING OF HAPINESS!! i... i... how can ever repay you!!! all the zelda--

  • all of you zelda haters out there and the 2 dislikes on this video there... there is sometihng that i have wanted to say for a very long time! even to those who dont know about zelda plz people show tihs comment for the most people you know... ever since i was 3 years old i have loved these series... ever since i first entered me second save file... i remeberred how i defeated king dodongo with very awesome music in the backround... i remembered how i got stuck in water temple and dint made it--

  • I want this song!

  • Comment removed

  • I rememer that i had 9 years when i finish this game... ok.

This is the only one game that i have ever cry when i finish it

  • *sob sob* It's- it's just so beautiful! TT^TT I hate that I don't have a 64 anymore. This game was gold *WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH!*

  • @MakerOfHeroes ocarina of time 3D or get it on the Wii market place. i got it on both as well as my 64. i love this game so much i bought it 4 times. (my first copy got smushed by my brother)

  • I waited 30 minutes or longer at the "THE END" screen to see if something would happen.

  • @UnofficialCoolGuy omg hahahahahahahahahahah me too!

  • I wonder where navi went...

  • @assassinscodex perhaps to a great fairy for some rnr.

  • This song is not a game, okey folks!

    This game... is a Masterpiece!

  • i cried when zelda played her theme for link at the end ;(

  • I'd always cry as a kid when I got to this part.

  • I love zelda i mean even the storyline makes it feel mysterious happy and sad

  • I shall acknowledge that this was a very greta game without being a fanboy. I have my fav series, and I can't say Zelda is among them, mainly because I never played any other game in the franchise than OOT. But you must understand that there is no "best" game, just preference. That said, this is a game I'll remember.

  • I proudly cried at the end

  • Love this. Ocarina of Time has some of the most emotional music ever heard in a video game, in my humble opinion. I like to do my own orchestral arrangements of video game music, and I'm looking at doing a version of this. Stay tuned to my channel to catch it. :)

  • You can't help but bob up and down with your whole body at 3:42 - 4:00

  • When I first finished the game and 5:50 came, and zoomed up on the master sword with the bells, I got so much chills!!!

  • Why is it i can remember everything perfectly from Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask but i cant remember anything from Twilight Princess haha

  • This makes me want to cry myself to sleep! Damn you Navi for leaving and Damn you game for ending!

  • @sombrerosandponchos You know, if Navi never left, Link wouldn't have turned into a stalfos.

  • man....when i come to listen to the credits song, after all the adventure, all the effort done, stories of characters, all the happy and sad moments of the game, this song makes us say: this is a golden game, one of the best things ever made, a piece of art!

  • as they lower my casket into the ground i want this song to be playing and a muted slideshow and video's of my life :'( . Forever a Zelda series fan.

  • to those who want a back story on navi, she parted with link after they finished the quest, even in the start she said "il be your partner" so link went to go find her "majoras mask"

  • this medley just has so much heart put into it.... its so nostalgic and bitter sweet at the same time because we know that there are no other games to compare to the bliss that this game gave us :/

  • Those bells that come in at 5:56 just....... I don't know how to describe it, it just makes it the most awesome thing ever created. Without the bells it just wouldn't be the same.

  • Comment removed

  • The Nintendo 3DS remake of this game is fantabulous. dB The second credits theme is orchestrated. :D

  • I love this song, but i also hate it. It gives me the chills because if you hear this, the best game ever made is over... I am 14 years old, and I am so glad i do not play call of duty, I play the legend of zelda. Legends never die, and everyone who played this game will remember it until they die. My version of heaven will be me sitting in front of a n64, playing this 24/7 I will never forget this game, It will live in my heart forever. Thank you nintendo for creating a masterpiece.

  • @Keybladezeldaawesome my version of heaven would be similar to yours, except i would actually be living link's life, over, and over and over again

  • @Keybladezeldaawesome I hear ya. I'm 13, and I don't play CoD. I grew up with Zelda and I loved it. I will always love it. But my version of heaven would be going on adventures just like Link. Beat Temples, get items, that would be so awesome.

  • @rawman44 I'm 13 and I feel the same way :D (even though I'm a girl I've played CoD before xD)

  • @TheHaruBeauty Blech, cod im 13 but i refuse to play such a horrible game

  • @DonGeroMask Who gives a damn about bloody gory first person shooters? Those idiots don`t know a good game if it walked up infront of them and said "Hi! im a good game! put me into your game console and play the ever-living daylights out of me!"

  • @mistergamer9791 Heh, aint that true? CoD definately has nothing compared to OOT. OOT was really revolutionizing games. Hell, zelda/mario/donkey kong adventure games are the only games from that era that are still being loved today, and Black Ops will soon be the Super Smash Bros (orig) of today.

  • @TheHaruBeauty I've played it. I don't like it. Lol my girlfriend plays it, I really don't know what she finds entertaining in it -.-

  • worst zelda song ever.....because it has to play when i beat the game

    :...(

  • LOL, I;ve heard this soooo many times from beating OoT over and over again over the years. Zelda music FTW!

Thumbs up if you agree. :D

  • I love the part from 3:33 to 3:43 so much!

    : )

  • @TheYannick22 I know right? It's just so happy, it screams celebration and joyfulness

  • @FlatMattress Indeed, I also love the voice (I suppose it is Saria's voice)

  • @TheYannick22 I thought it would be malons... well, we never heard sarias voice in the game, so it could be...

  • @FlatMattress Oh, yeah, indeed. It probably is Malon. In the video, somewhere between 3:33 and 3:43 you also see Malon singing.

  • everyone listen to my words Link did not alter time there's a lot of evidence

  • I'm so glad I live in this age of video games.

  • @LuridLampent Yeah no kidding, I feel so lucky to have been a kid during Legend of Zelda Link to the Past and the games after it. Games like Ocarina of Time make my childhood memories even better. I may be 23 soon but whenever I play these games I am definitely that little guy who couldn't get enough of these games. The one thing that drew me to the Zelda games wasn't just the stories, but the puzzles. I love being challenged and Legend of Zelda had a great fun way of doing it.

  • @Totalfangirl97 Because Link wasn't a Kokiri, he was a Hylian, and because he was going to rest in that timeline, so she disappeared. But Link searches for her in Majora's Mask (it is probably her).

  • I play Ocarina of Time on my Nintendo 64, and It feels like I'm into the game, I can say and I say it proudly that at least one tear comes out of my eye and it feels great because I means I feel and live the game. I will never stop playing this game on its original version and console, besides I want to play the N3DS Version. Greetings to all my partners that defeated Ganondorf.

  • this game series was a very beutiful game series and it is way better than any game i have ever played and ever will play for some reasons

    1.great music

    2.great story line

    3.awsome characters

    4.well it is just awsome

nothing can be better nothing will be better either just to awsomly beutiful

  • :')

  • I guess that.... the world's come a long way since 1998. But the Sony and Microsoft diehards just gotta understand that this is the BEST FRIGGIN' Game ever! The feeling you get when you see the credits roll .... it's undescribable. Anyone agree with me?

  • @TheAlsala i think millions of people would agree.

  • @TheAlsala I Feeel You <3

  • @TheAlsala Yes I agree, I love this game its better than Twilight Princess.

  • @TheAlsala Sure twilight Princess has great graphics, game play, and daungens. But the plot and music isn't as good as Ocarina of Time. thats just me. What about you?

  • @777Rowen I agree.

  • 1 person couldn't beat Ganon

  • BEST GAME EVER! this was the very first zelda game I ever played when I was a little boy Oh good memories

  • This song is just great I love her so much .. The best time is from 0:53 to 9:54 ... When I hear this music I think about all the time I spent thinking when I played ... When my heart was beating at 100 miles an hour when I had to face the terrible boss ... When I went up on Epona was so cool .. And this song when I entered the heart of the castle to the Princess ... ♥ Zelda and Link and Epona the main hero of the game i love you!

  • Oo a oo a oh uuh

  • I cryed when i finished the game for first time T_T

  • I just passed it on my 3DS, i cried a little x)

  • "Chill, it's just a game okay?"

"Dont you ever say that again."

    "But-"

    "I waaaarn you..."

  • 1:43 I LOVE THIS PART!!!!! MALOOOOONNNNN :.(

  • i listen 2 d first couple of mins of d song then i repeat it d rest of d song is 4 celebration

  • A great and gallant ending to the greatest game that has been and ever will be.

  • I own ocarina of time on my N64, 3DS, Gamecube and Wii Virtual Console. Yes, I am that crazy.

  • @mustbehiggy I have an emulator on the computer :3 I just dont wanna walkto my n64 to play zelda

  • This Song's DEFINATELY Being Played At My Funeral
