  • Sad that when you say Marlon Brando everyone thinks of an old fat man. He was an amazing actor.

  • MUSIC : windswept by leith stevens

  • Are all the guys from brooklyn new york or something?

  • @asktheNBAguru

So who's gonna win it all this year? It's pretty wide open....

  • Acting is a stupid dumb easy job. Anyone with half a brain can act. Children can act. When you see kids in films they can act just fine. That says it all. You know what I'm talking about. It's an of easy and overrated job. It's just remembering lines and acting them out. Most of us can do that. I'm sick of hearing about legendary actors. The legends are the writers and directors. The only thing that matters for the actors is the right look and the right sounding voice.

  • @BlueLeopard200

You MotherTrolling son of a god damn Troll!!!! haha

  • @BlueLeopard200 There is a bit more to it than that, but you're right, acting is one of the most self-congratulatory occupations you can possibly do. Undoubtably there are some absolutely fantastic performances, and some fantastic actors, but at the same time there are a lot of people who get paid millions and either just remember their lines, or just play themselves in their movies. Shia LeBouef comes to mind.

  • kkk

  • they dont this type of movies anymore man i wish i could be a film director during the50s 60s and 70s so i could worck with great actors like Gregory Peck, William Holden, Robert, Mitchum Karl Malden, and Lee Marvin Those were the days my son .

  • @IbarraBros1969

Yeah, cuz De Niro and Pacino and Edward Norton and are just sooo awful. Awww the good old days son, let me tell you.... blah, blah, blah. Streetcar Named Desire is the only movie that really holds up to any of the modern greats like Godfather, Mean Streets, American History X. Keep up Grandpa haha!

  • man, im a straight guy but marlon brando could definitely have seduce me if he so desired.

  • Yoo xD

  • That's how men should be! Quite not obvious nowadays, is it!

  • god, everything just looked so.......cool back then. If you think about it, this is the only decade of fashion (maybe early 60's too) where it's still acceptable. I don't think anyone would try to wear their old bell bottoms, acid wash jeans, mullet, leisure suits, zubaz pants, bugle boy jeans and cross colors out in public.

  • Dam bikes back then were so beautiful!

  • DAMN IT MARLON! Why can't your sexy young self exist now?!

  • This video made me take all the spikes and badges off my biker jacket.

  • Slikpnot brought me here too

  • If a man stare at me like that im gonna jump on him! hehe

  • I miss everything about those simpler times.

  • jesus christ why can someone not be seen as a good actor/singer/business persona or whatever when they are rather being seen as one of those gays

  • I get such a kick out of his outfit.

  • This just makes me smirk. "Oh, alrighty" hahaha

  • people aren't as naturally sexy these days!

  • Brando was a sex bomb!

  • Dam women back then where so beautiful!

  • @born2fight99 True. In addition to her extreme beauty, Mary Murphy was an amazing talent.

  • Marlon Brando Greatest Actor Ever

  • Comment removed

  • 3:17

    momma have mercy!!! :D

  • Class film.

    Even if it is old.

  • Marlon Brando was the most overrated actor and biggest idiot in cinema history

  • @92af You don't think before you type...do ya?? That's alright I was once a dumbass too...you'll get through this hard time!!

  • EXCELENT!!

  • Yes, he did suck a dick on camera, and he also nailed Marilyn Monroe and Jackie Kennedy.

    The verdict: he's bi-WINNING.

  • @krakenbwool04 He did?

  • @AyesThatsme Yep.

  • Great movie

  • Mary Murphy looked so hot

  • somebody tell me the song that starts at 2:30?

one of my favorite actors, Brando.

  • @Artokaas

The name of the song is "Windswept". You can find it, along with other arrangements from the movie, on a CD called "Short Stops" by jazz trumpeter Shorty Rogers. You can also find samples of these songs from the CD on Amazon.com.

  • @Artokaas

You can also listen to samples of the actual soundtrack on Amazon.com.

  • Them kids are their damn vitamin pills!

  • Brando was not gay or bisexual. Many hurtful things were said about Brando bc he regarding the press as scum and rarely gave an interview. People did not like him bc he did not hold acting in high regard and joined many social causes that ppl found unpopular. I own his autobiography and he refutes being a homosexual. Don't believe everything you hear about celebrities. Every leading man back then was accused of being gay.

  • @dport4

thank you for clarification to some idiots about this point.

  • @dport4 he did say he had homosexual experiences with many men & that's fine!

  • @bkbelly89 Yeah it is fine. Where did he say that? Did you actually see an interview where admitted to this? If so, please post the link bc I would like to see it. I have seen every public interview he did and I own his autobiography and he said that many lies have been written about him, the press did not like him bc he was very private and did not give many interviews. Never once did he say he was gay. All leading men were accused of being gay back then.

  • @JonnyPxN He slept w/ every women he wanted to most of his life, he has 9 kids, and he was married several times.I ve read the guy's autobiography and watched every interview with him and have talked w/ ppl who knew him. The man was not gay. Not every leading man is gay, gay people just want to believe that.

  • @dport4 Again, i reiterate my point, I'm not saying he was gay, but just because he slept with women and got married does not mean he was not gay. Many men are in the closet and kid themselves they are not gay by starting a family. But since I have got my point across that'ss be the end of my contribution :)

  • @JonnyPxN I think Marlon as well as others (James Dean)were famous for being sexually ambiguous. I don't think they were gay or straight. I think trying to fit them into boxes is pointless.

They were what they were or at least what the times they lived in would allow them to be.

  • @JonnyPxN Yeah but they probably don't fuck every woman that they can

  • the girl looks fucken hot! she looks like natalie portman

  • The 50s, 60s, and 70s must have been cool eras to live in but not very much for a black man, or a female for that matter. The mentality at the time was disgusting, truly deplorable but hey - this kinda mentality still exist 'til this very day. Marlon Brando was a marvel though. Way ahead of his time he truly was. A true maverick

  • RIP Mary Murphy

  • (the guys back then were fiinneeeeeeeee) i wish the guys from today looked like that

  • Overstimulated! Overstimulated!, the whole lot of 'em.

  • Comment removed

  • @Nineell I own Marlon Brando's autobiography and I have read it several times and no one who actually knew the man has ever stated that he was gay or bi. Biographers who wrote books about him said that but with no merit. He gave very few interviews and the media resented him. He was not gay or bi and he refutes it in his auotobiography. Don't believe everything you hear about celebrities especially back then.

  • How cheap was that drink?

  • @clarkcu00 haha a nickel ? everything was cheap then.

  • HOOOOOT. The look he gives her when he says "we're gonna wait for Crazy" ugh... that has to be my favorite thing he does... the way he just stares up and down, really studying the girl's face and body. Love it.

  • "We're gonna wait for Crazy." Ironic.

  • @PtAltmVansanTarr no, he experimented with men but preferred women.

  • This was one of my favorite Marlon Brando movies, and I saw it the first time as a young teenager. The music to this particular part of The Wild One was either "The Lonely One" or "Blues for Brando." It was for sure one or the other. I've always been a lover of Blues music. I really did like this movie. The pretty girl was Mary Murphy.

    Marcyrick1

  • he gives her his trophy.. basically saying ' take my cock '..she says ' you don't give away something just like that, not unless you know a girl '..

  • i think all people who act in this video would be died

  • me marlon brando. marlon brando and I (michael stipe)

  • Então é daqui ...

  • This movie has one of the best lines ever. "What are you rebelling against?" "whaddya got?".

  • They said 'yo' in the 50s? lol

  • @okano186 Thats what i thought! :) haha

  • @okano186 Showed that he was ahead of his times...

  • Please someone tell me what the tune is!

    I love it!

  • What an insoiration to biker's!!!

  • The origins of the Hells Angels, on which the Wild Ones are based, are bomber crews who retired from Army Air Force from World War II. Typically, these flight crews could expect to live 30 seconds over the bomber targets. They had to do 30, 40 or more missions and most did not make back alive. Those who did make it back alive simply could not fit into society, so they drove aimlessly like nomads on motorcycles.

  • @valkour22 Wow and who the hell are you Mr. "I-Know-Everything-about-Marlon-Brando" to call him a queer

  • @elrockerchido

LOOOL YEAH , BEST COMMENT EVER

    I LOVE YOU BROTHER <3 ^_^

  • @ahmad201020111 thnks man appreciate that

  • @elrockerchido In his auto biography or biography im not sure which marlon mentions having many homosexual encounters. now whoever called him a queer with a negative tone is a fool but there is fact behind what they said.

  • NO bugs on JIM!

  • wow is marlon brando the sexiest man that ever lived or what.

    he is hot!

  • Wow! MB was sexy

  • Wow. Many women look for a man like this all their lives. (I found one, thank God.)

  • I <3 Triumph.

  • how old was he

  • @boogiebuddy01 He was either 29 or 30. And god, did he look good.

  • VITAMIN PILLS (: luv it

  • I would be grinning like an idiot if he came into my bar

  • @xhellonhighheels69x , me too. I'd have been too nervous to serve him that beer. Probably would have dropped the bottle.

  • Does anyone know what the old actor at the beginning of this video is doing now? Is he retired?

  • @canucksfan94

This movie is very very old

So, of course this actor is dead now .

  • Woman looked more respectable back in the day, unlike now. ::sigh::

  • @Ladygagsalot same can be said about men. They were so dapper and sexy. Now... popped collars and ripped jeans. How sad.

  • @lpycb42 So true. They just don't make them like they used to. =)

  • @lpycb42

His jacket collar is pretty clearly popped. I think the biggest difference is the clothes themselves - style has changed, and not necessarily for the better.

No one looks more dapper than Brando, you got that right.

  • His butt in those jeans!!! Wowzers!!

  • This film provides a grim lesson on the futilty and transience of coolness. Today's hip is yesterday's camp.

  • I love what he does at 2:44!

  • I was soooo born in the wrong generation, i hate the way the world operates today. Life was so much more simpler back then !

  • @couturebabex33

    maybe on the movies.

  • @couturebabex33 Co-sign. I was born in the wrong generation too. It's sad that I'm only 21 and I feel this way. It sucks :(

  • if Brando hadn't been existed, Tom of Finland would have surely invented him

  • Man, he was sooo incredibly HOT back then. Mmm.....

  • God, I LOVE the 50`s!!

  • Was this movie shot in hollister california? Cuz that's where I'm from..
