you cant get hurt by " overextending"... hernias come when you bend you back in front of you not because you over extend because of the nucleus pulposus position, look at pro weightlifters, like bench press records, they arch the back
@mouloudo it doesnt matter that her form might be good for 90 or 95% , most guys cant do this weight for those amount of reps, this girl is sexy as hell and its lovely when girls train like this and get strenght and physical look benefits from it

Hey awesome work, I;d like to make a suggestion though: If you bring the chin down in the lift to match the same position as if you were walking your nervous system in total will get alot more activation and hence make activate all muscles more which will make you stronger. Its also a good position to keep your head in at all times to avoid neck pain and stiffness.
Being a trainer I've seen a lot of deadlifts in my years...your form is fantastic, way to keep that midline stability!!! My one tiny little complaint is your neck, try to keep it in neutral position.
I know everyone's a critic but I think you need to bend a little bit further down at the hips. Back should be parallel to the ground at the start of the lift. Otherwise great form. Good job
@karolis87 Good advice. Also, don't bump the weight. It's a deadlift -- that means the weight is laying still on the floor before each rep. If you bump it into the floor, it's a ton easier because of the momentum.

You dont need to xyperextend your back at the top of the lift - its dangerous. Standing up straight and squeezing your glutes hard is enough.

the weight should be set down at the bottom of each rep. This is safer and you will be able to lift bigger numbers.
