I was beaten and tortured by the sac police and county deputies in the jail, only charge? resisting arrest. They strangled me, and when I got to court (even though i had pictures of fingerprints bruised in my neck, and a doctors examination) they scared me into pleading no contest.

this happened in 1986... and it still happens today.
