I think citizens should set up there own gun buy back program. If you are dumb enough turn in your guns to the government then why not sell it to someone who want it. I would have liked to buy some of those perfectly good rifles, and I would have paid cash for it. If you're in of need money and you have a gun, turn in a broke beyond repair, rusty, piece of trash gun. Not only will you get cash you can get rid of a truly unwanted gun. Then use the money to buy better gun and more ammo.
