@elizwha Just because the Deaf cant hear does NOT mean they cant feel the rhythm of the music. When people dance to the beat thats them showing how the beat is.

I use an implant cochlear but when i'm not wearing the ear device and if there's music playing around, although i do not hear it, i'm able to feel it. and those guys you see in the video, they are not deaf, they are hearing people learning how to sign language.

@PoeticTragedy16 I had to watch it again, because the first time I just watched it... so I didn't know whether they were using ASL or Pidgin. They simply use the sign "Town" for the most part. In many cases, this would be the proper thing to do in ASL. ASL isn't like English where proper names are always used when referring to a city's name, because it takes a while to spell out each letter of the word. But they do sign "Prince..." "Town" By the way, you can drop the "of" when using ASL.

@PoeticTragedy16 I didn't mean to be offensive; its just that there are so many different types of sign language; in ASL articles and words like "of" are dropped; but in Pidgin Signed English or Signed Exact English, those words are often left in. In Pidgin Sign English they would have signed the word for "Bell" and then "Air" for Bel-air; but this would not necessarily be the case in ASL.
