This song has been plying on New Zealand TV as the sound track for an Advertisement for Holidays in Fiji and everyone I spoke to loved the song, no one had a clue who it was. Hope she puts out more of her own work rather than doing 70 year old classics
@chinatownchillin . It wasn't a specific song. Its that she sings the old stuff which has been done by Ella Fitzgerald, Perry Como, um, Judy Garland, Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, etc, and latterly by Micheal Buble Frank Connick Jnr .
Yes, there's a living there but its a fairly modest one. She would,I think, be better to work on her own songs than stick with singing the oldies because the rewards in terms of personal achievement and satisfaction and, hopefully, financially would be much greater.
