She uses a mac, sooper looper looping software, ableton live, and a behringer fcb1010. You could accomplish the same thing with the behringer ($149), a laptop, an asio soundcard with midi interface (about $100-$900 depending) and Mobius or ambiloop (free for windows). Oh and an immense amount of talent and audio hardware knowledge.
