we shot this in baltimore, i think it was 1999 or 2000. i think we were using an arri 3 and we had to hire a special motor to get the camera to undercrank continuously at something like .5 fps, to retain the motion blur -- instead of doing timelapse using a normal intervalometer i mean. so with that long shutter time we were piling tons of ND on the lens to get the exposure down to normal. much fun had by all. probably nowadays we'd just shoot it in HD and do the time blur in post.
Any idea where the soundtrack came from ? Is it copyrighted? Thanks
