@maggintons Hmm to be a kill joy or not to be? Because of the episode "The end of time" moffit pretty much made it imposible to bring gallifrey. timelords, and the master back due to the fact that they are now locked with in the timeline of the 11th doctor dying. But then again Moffit has mslaughter the lore and rules of doctor who since he has taken over so whats stopping him from doing it again. Obviously he will break the rule of 13 regeneration cycles
