JAH LIFT US HIGH SO SOON ONE HEART BEAT
White folks always trying to perpetrate as saviors and sincere advisors to Black people; Yeah, let's see if these people will take the love dipicted in the photo-op back to their nation. I'd like to see the evidence of it. True dat!--When Black people start to take care of each other throughout the Diaspora, we will begin to witness a real unity of our people. "One day the bottom gonna drop out!"
It will be a beautiful day when Africans learn to respect and care for each other as they so emphatically like to care for foreigners. Then maybe, we can actually start to take care of each other and the millions of Africans scattered all over the globe, rather than always depending on people outside the continent to help us.
Beautiful kids of Kinshasa,so nice to see.I respectfully disagree with your opinion of western companies in Africa. The companies of which you speak are very corrupt. But a great company sees the value of giving back to the community, and it happens, just not in the corrupt central African countries.Western companies CAN get involved there, and do good things for the people, they just choose not to.That is a crime, but being there is not.You can't fight your enemies if you can't recognize your friends!
To continue, take Angola, their economy grew by 25% last year, the fastest growing economy in Africa. But it was Chinese investment there, and they are no friend of the concept of human rights. But western companies CAN do better, and people in places like the Dem. republic of Congo cannot do it all by themselves. It's time that Europe and America invest AND give back, its a win/win situation.Otherwise it's Africans eating bushmeat,or buyting into chinese dogma.Children and adults alike will suffer...
This is such a beautiful video and song to match....tearfully I watched it several times. It warmed my soul to see such generosity and its proof that their are passionate people out there that want to make a difference for humanity. I commend you all for your good works and may you find success in all of your endeavors.
