Wonder if he still has that loot he won? ha ha, highly doubt it! .....Sadly, Uncle Sam got some of that money. That's what sucks about it, he didn't get the full 100 grand...taxes. >:( I say, if you win whatever you win, you deserve it ALL, not a portion of it, but that's how it'll always be with Uncle Sam. :(
This is one time I wish Pyramid had used the tenth-of-a-second clock that Scrabble used for it's sprint round. If you round down, you could argue that he tied the record. Since the clock hadn't switched to 32, you could argue that there was actually 33-point-something seconds left, assumed that when they showed 32... it would actually refer to any time between 32.0 and 32.9 (with the scrabble sprint clock). I know it's nitpicking. (and not having scene the 26 second run, could also be wrong!)
what i love is the genuine reaction of the celebrities when they help people win. etiher their really good actors or they really feel that excited...............
@tritonrocks Eh not really... That $150 clue could've been trouble if you don't know history. That and the $250 clue, he just said the right thing, it was really clever.
@whitismygurl07 Are you serious about the $150 category? Kings and Emperors? Heck, Henry 8th, Nero, the list goes on and on. Even a retard would get that one. The "Things that sag" the first thing that comes to mind is an old woman's breasts. I was amazed that the contestant got "Things you accept" from the single clue "an invitation". Almost like it was fixed. Well, some Pyramid episodes apparently were, but that's another story for another day...
I remember seeing this when it first aired on local tv here in Las Vegas in syndication. I was stunned at how quick they did that ! That was pretty darn spectacular. He totally deserved that $100,000 !!
5 seconds ago @gameshowluvr86 , it was awesome - great, great fun! My celebs were Theresa Ganzel and Soupy Sales. I was just disappointed to have a touch of bad luck - one bad clue kept me from winning the first half of the show, where I think I would have won $10K. And when I did go to the big pyramind in the second half, my two final categories were much harder than my oponent's. But, that's Pyramid. Still had a great time!

A fantastic win, but having been on the show, I come away thinking what I've thought for 20 years now: some big pyramids are just easier than others. When I was on the show, my final category which prevented me winning was "Things that are produced" Yeesh. By comparison, my opponent who went to the big pyramid in the first half had "Things that are thick" as her final category.
@gameshowluvr86 , it was pretty awesome, I have to say - a lot of fun. I was just disappointed that I didn't do better. One bad clue kept me from winning the first half of the game, where I think I would have won $10K. And then when I won the second half, and went to the big pyramid, my final two categories were much toughter than my opponent had. But...that's Pyramid! Great memory.
@PeterFormaini Not "one of" the best clues of all time...THE BEST!!! I remember watching this at home when I was about 10 years old and my mother was drinking tea and she nearly choked when "an old woman's breasts" was said.
what a win. there has been only one time that a winner's circle was done faster, with Billy Crystal in 26 seconds. But, still, fantastic job. and great clues

@tritonrocks That didn't happen very often, though. Sometimes a hamster with Einsteins' brain couldn't get any of the categories.
