Actually, there's one funny fact I discovered these days. After beating the game, I started searching all over the island for the riddles I missed. In one of the buildings, where a room is infested by toxic gas at the beginning of the game, I found Dr. Cassidy, standing outside that particular room along with a guard and Dr. Kellerman. So Zsasz didn't kill her, she thought twice before answering the door.
The best explanation for this I can think of is that Zsasz is a mild telepath, but is unable to control it. Thus, he hears all the drudging and menial thoughts of all the people around him, including personal information.
@tr1pl3why I so agree. Let's give it about 3 or 5 years after the Dark Knight Rises and then have a director create an R rated serious in the vein of Arkham Asylum. They can also use villians like Zsasz, Mad Hatter, Scarecrow, and most importantly Killer Croc the way they were meant to be. Oh man the possibilities are endless

When Cassidy opens the door, Zsasz kidnaps her and takes her to an old hospital so he can kill her. However, Batman, finding an anonymous tip in Cassidy's office, arrives in time to save her, and Zsasz is returned to Arkham, where he stays until the events of the game.

Batman begins, He was a bald criminal with a mustache and Scarecrow put him in Arkham Asylum in the beginning of the movie. He was later released and was on scarecrows fear toxin. You probably didn't notice cuz he wasn't used in a big way. Before playing this game, I didn't mind it. but now, I wish they would of used him more.
