It's impossible to make electronic music without computers or auto tuning and it's not something anyone can just do. You seem to be pretty unaccepting of music like Lil Wayne, he's not great, but if people want to like him, that's their choice. Also, electronic music like Daft Punk is completely based on computers and autotuning and they are arguably the best electronic artist to have ever existed. Not saying Lil Wayne is good or Phish is bad, just that people have different tastes, and you can't change that.

Just look at Earth Angel, D'yer Mak'er, and Why can't this be Love; those 3 songs all use each others' chord progression, yest all 3 songs are completely different. Try opening your mind to more music and you'll find that PLENTY of songs also use the chords that this one uses.
