Ok, Two questions: Umm...Where are the usual trains that would be traveling along the tracks? Did you possibly call whatever train company (UP, BNSF) and tell them to hold all train traffic? Or are those tracks not used anymore? Also...Where is the 88MPH? I mean if you are going to do something this awesome and fun you should at least go 88MPH for at least a couple of seconds. Or is it against the train traffic law? That would have been interesting if you did. Ether way, looks like a lot of fun!

Haha. I was 6 years old when they made Back to the Future Part 3. My grandmother lived in that neighborhood and I remember when they filmed that scene. My cousin and I used to ride our bikes down that alley all the time. I still trip out when I see that scene in the movie because it looks just like I remember it from childhood.

I also live in Anacapa View the complex with the hill. I lived here back when the film was being made. the "towers" were in fact our old bridge to the beach, We had the film company remove the bridge at the end of the film as they were condemned and this arraingement saved the HOA some money. I missed the actual crash but did talk a bit with the producer. love the whole series of films.

I live up the grassy hill in the condos. Being a huge BTTF fan I still get excited every day when I pull out of my driveway and just imagine the Delorean and the film crew right there. I had actually seen this specific delorean on the day of the reenactment not when they were filming but hours later when they were putting everything away. Awesome job on making an amazing era specific Delorean and thanks for bringing us such a special gift, great job guys!
