You can use a pressure cooker and it takes from an hour and ten minutes till about an hour and thirty minutes...but I find it just tastes a bit better in a pot
Looks great!! If you crave a bit of change, take powdered chicken gravy, take some of that hot broth and mix the two, then add back to the stew and stir. It should thicken your stew and add another layer of flavor.

everyone says boil it for 2 or 2.5 hours. I want to know why people don't pressure cook it. Does pressuring it not work out too well?
