I have just discovered this exquisite music, making me no expert, certainly. But I do believe I am as amazed at Josep's singing of this here as when he sang it in 1986 & again in Verona after his bout w/the leukemia. He is amazing...
Lo realmente admirable de José Carreras en esta grabación, casi diez años luego de la leucemia que casi le costara la vida y la voz, es que aun conserve semejante chorro de voz.

Hablando del sur de España? creo que no es mexicano para nada, lo mexicano puede parecer español a veces por nuestra influencia, así como el idioma, los toros (que ojalá se prohíban) y parte de la cultura. Pero no es mexicano, Granada es una preciosa ciudad del sur de España... y la cante quien la cante...
