  • Only 3-4 reps are suspect because he didn't keep his butt on the bench? His butt started coming off the bench on each rep at #4! Now, 225x30 is a feat and represents serious strength any way you cut it, but exactly zero of these reps would be counted as good in powerlifting/strict form terms as he bounced the bar off his chest on each repetition (and even if he didn't bounce, there was absolutely no pause or control at the bottom) and failed to keep his butt on bench for virtually every rep.
