  • LOL, this is hilarious! Btw, did anyone else get really excited to see Hartfield from the new BBC 'Emma' as the house used here?

  • lovely Honeysuckle Weeks!

  • R.I.P. Pete Postlethwaite.

  • this is amazing...ahaha...so many amazing period actors just makes it that much more hilarious to see them parodying roles similar to those they've acted before haha

  • LMAO! I wish this was a real show! Go Alan Rickman and Imelda Staunton!

  • I love this and obviously love Alan Rickman! But the rest of the cast are just as amazing. You should add more tags =) They deserve it!

  • Was that Imelda Staunton there?

  • yup

  • It is really a parody of period dramas, and BBC's interpretation of "Jane Austin", the author of "Pride and Prejudice", "Sense and Sensibility" and many other. They are some of the funniest and most charming romance novels ever written, as well as the inspiration of any decent period romance book ever since. Bbc loves making period dramas, and they pretty much all have a similar feel and acting style. :)

  • BBC is also, generally, faithful to the books.

    =]

  • I recognized the windowpane check dress Alice wears as the one Emma Thompson wore in Sense and Sensibility.

  • This is hilarious, is there anymore? When was it made? That's what is so great about these actors, they are so prepared to basically take the mickey out on themselves.

  • I didn't make out all the words, but it was pretty funny. LOL! I knew I recognised Umbridge!!! It looks a lot like Northanger Abbey to me...whats it most related like?

  • did you recognise snape?

  • Alan Rickman? OH YEAH! He really is an excellent actor...oh, and I see a lot of "Sense & Sensibility" in here too! I was reading S&S the time I wrote my 1st comment. LOL!

  • Hysterical!

  • Richard e grant was my favourtie in this!

  • I love it:)

    Alan Rickman is my favourite

  • This is great, it had me laughing LOL, especially when the guy keels over and AR is in the tree :> Is this new?

  • no janewaysboots... they're not both in Pride and Prejudice... they're both in Sense and Sensibility.

  • Very very funny!

  • hahaha funny that those two are also in Pride and Prejudice lol

  • XD That's hilarious, brilliant! is there any more to it or is that the whole thing??

  • Oh God, Snape and Umbridge! hahaha
